Everything you need to know about hosting a ZAPT power bank rental station at your venue.

Getting Started

Your ZAPT machine arrives fully configured and ready to operate. Setup requires just one simple step.

Setup Instructions: Plug in the machine and it's immediately operational. No configuration, registration, or additional steps required.

Trial Period

All new partnerships begin with a 1-month trial period, allowing us to assess rental activity and ensure a good fit for both parties.

Important: Please retain the original packaging during the trial period. If the partnership is not continued, you can return the machine using the same box.

For returns after the trial period, we will either ship you a box or arrange a physical collection.

Customers can rent a power bank in seconds using contactless payment.

Returns & Refunds

Returning a power bank is simple and refunds are processed instantly.

  • Insert the power bank into any available slot on any ZAPT machine
  • Refund is processed automatically (deposit minus rental fee)
  • Funds appear in customer's account within 2 minutes

24-Hour Limit: Power banks must be returned within 24 hours. If not returned within this period, the full £15 deposit is retained.

Non-Returns & Purchases

If a customer chooses to keep the power bank or fails to return it within 24 hours:

  • The £15 deposit is retained as the purchase price
  • The customer keeps the power bank permanently
  • We replace the unit in your machine at no cost to your venue

Automatic Replenishment

Your machine's inventory is monitored remotely. You never need to worry about running out of stock.

How It Works: When your machine reaches 50% capacity, we automatically dispatch a replenishment package to your venue. This is a fully automated process requiring no action from you.

Handling Faulty Power Banks

Quick Troubleshooting: If a customer reports a power bank isn't working, first check that it's powered on. Press the button on the side of the unit—power banks that haven't been rented recently may need to be manually activated.

For genuinely faulty units, direct customers to contact ZAPT support. We will process an immediate refund to ensure customer satisfaction.
